Relectric.com offers a number of different payment methods.
Relectric.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, postal money order, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.
Our website utilizes the latest in e-Commerce security - 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. You can feel confident entering your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer, you may also pay by phone with a credit card.
Relectric.com does not currently support the Verified by Visa program. You can still use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, but you won't be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the drop-down menu on the order form. Similarly, if you're paying with a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. Since most orders we receive are for expedited shipping, we will always either e-mail or call you if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
If you wish to change billing information post-order, please contact us directly. Our order processing system is extremely efficient, and thus an order placed even five minutes ago might already have been billing and processed. Should you need to change billing information it's best to call us directly at 800.497.6255.
We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders.
If you do choose to pay by check, you can send payment to our parent company, RESA Power, LLC, mailed to the address below once you have fully submitted your order. Please be sure to write your e-mail address on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account.

Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.
Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. It typically takes two to three weeks for us to receive and process checks or money orders sent within the U.S., and about one month to receive and process international checks or money orders. We will send you an e-mail notification on the day that your payment is entered into your account.
Relectric.com does accept payment by purchase order. First, however, you must apply for a credit account with our parent company, RESA Power, LLC.

Once your account is approved, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. Once the account is activated, you will be given the opportunity to enter a purchase order number in a field on the order form when you place your order online. Additionally, you may fax purchase orders to 800.504.0255. There is no need to mail a hard copy of your purchase order to RESA Power.
