The Master Sequencer initiates action to the relays
connected to its output channels when it detects a
change-of-state for one of the master switches.
Since each relay output is individually pulsed, any
output can be overridden by local switches
without affecting the relays on the other output
terminals. Each output terminal can drive up to
three relays in parallel.
